J'ai eu affaire dans le passé à d autres entreprises qui restent 15 minutes sur place et ne nettoient pas la chaudière...le corps de chauffe..ect ...et bien là...ce n est pas le cas!!!tout est vu...

I highly recommend this company. You can use their services with your eyes closed!!!! Careful work, my boiler has never been so clean. Nothing is left to chance, everything is taken care of. I called Mr. Ganipeau for the maintenance of my boiler and recommend him... I'm not looking any further... I've dealt with other companies in the past that stayed on site for 15 minutes and didn't clean the boiler... the heating element, etc.... but this... that's not the case!!! Everything is seen... A la suite du remplacement de mon compteur de gaz imposé par le distributeur (compteur électronique) vers 14h00 le vendredi, le prestataire c'est aperçu que mon installation n'était pas étanche et a donc procédé immédiatement à la coupure du gaz (le week-end était annoncé à -4 la nuit et je suis chauffé au gaz).
J'ai appelé de suite la société GMCS (société qui entretien ma chaudière) et 2h00 après un technicien était là. Malheureusement comme la fuite venait du tuyau qui relie le compteur à la maison, la réparation n'a pu être fait immédiatement mais dès le lundi midi la réparation était effectuée.
Un plombier qui vous dépanne dans les 72h00 en annulant tous ces rendez-vous pour vous satisfaire c'est plutôt rare.

Following the replacement of my gas meter imposed by the distributor (electronic meter) around 2:00 p.m. on Friday, the service provider noticed that my installation was not watertight and therefore immediately cut off the gas (the weekend was announced at -4 at night and I am heated with gas). I immediately called the GMCS company (company that maintains my boiler) and 2 hours later a technician was there. Unfortunately as the leak came from the pipe which connects the meter to the house, the repair could not be done immediately but by Monday noon the repair was carried out. A plumber who helps you out within 72 hours by canceling all these appointments to satisfy you is rather rare. Thanks to GMCS.

le chauffagiste de GMCS sort de chez nous pour un entretien annuel de chaudière sur laquelle nous avions un soucis récurent de panne intermittente: un réel plaisir d'avoir à faire à un professionnel, compétent, disponible et surtout s'investissant pour trouver la solution au problème. la solution a été trouvée et ce, sans se faire "assassiner" au niveau de la facture. je recommande vraiment cette société.

Mr GANIPEAU minutieux et consciencieux ne compte pas son temps lors de ses interventions. Grâce à son travail très soigné et complet, ma chaudière à gaz installée en 1998 fonctionne toujours (25 ans)! Je recommande cet excellent professionnel.

M.GANIPEAU et ses deux employés sont de vrais professionnels, comme il est rare d'en trouver. Un constat simple : l'entretien annuel de votre chaudière prend 45minutes quand d'autres sociétés ne mettent que 15minutes. Par ailleurs, ils sont toujours intervenus rapidement quand j'ai eu des soucis, ne me facturant que les (éventuelles) pièces de rechange. Une valeur sûre.

Monsieur Ganipeau a été de bons conseils, il a respecté les délais , il est très sérieux ses tarifs sont très corrects il a le respect du travail bien fait.. Étant donné que j habite a 200kms je ne pouvais pas suivre le chantier, mais en fin de journée Monsieur Ganipeau prenait le temps de m appeler pour me tenir au courant de l avancement des travaux et de m envoyer des photos.
Vous pouvez faire confiance à cette entreprise familiale très sérieuse en effet Monsieur Ganipeau travaille avec son fils.Traduction

Nous vivons à Pessac, France depuis 3 ans. Les services techniques précédents ont terminé leur travail en 20 minutes environ ! C'est pourquoi j'ai toujours cherché un autre service technique. Cette année,.J'ai appelé GMCS. L'entretien GMCS fait l'entretien qui n'avait pas été fait depuis 3 ans avec beaucoup de soin. Il ont travaillé très soigneusement. Merci beaucoup.

Le 20 juillet au matin, cumulus en panne, appel à l'entreprise gmcs qui intervient dans l'après midi, resultat: cumulus hs (carte, et sonde complètement bloqué par la rouille car fuite). Le 22 juillet, enlèvement de l'ancien et installation d'un cumulus neuf. Travail propre et bien effectué. À recommander sans problème.

On the morning of July 20th, the water heater broke down. GMCS was called and came out that afternoon. The result: the water heater was broken (board and sensor completely blocked by rust due to a leak). On July 22nd, the old water heater was removed and a new one installed. The work was clean and well done. I highly recommend it.

Le chauffagiste vient de nous dépanner en urgence suite à une fuite ( on avait ni chauffage, ni eau chaude)alors que mon ancien chauffagiste ne pouvait pas se déplacer avant le 15 janvier en diagnostiquant la mauvaise panne.Très bon professionnalisme du chauffagiste GMCS ,très consciencieux de bien faire et de ne pas laisser les personnes dans le froid.
